FROM THE EDITOR:
April 14, 2000
You will want to check this page often. The letter from the editor will change from time to time. Letters from readers will rotate off this page about every three months. One great benefit of reading letters from various readers, many who may never write articles for KAPER, is the development of a better understanding the KAP community. There will always be a substantial number of KAPers that would not be heard from otherwise. So, if you have an opinion, a comment, a complaint, or a hint, drop us an email. The email address is at the bottom of every KAPER page. |
There are some other great resources out on the web to help you keep in touch with the KAP community. One is the Discussion Page on Cris Benton's web site:
http://www.arch.ced.berkeley.edu/kap/discuss/ The rec.kites newsgroup is also a good place for the KAPer to visit. The information found at rec.kites is about all types of kites and kite related activities. KAP specific information is not common at rec.kites but do not forget that the kite is at least a third of the KAP equation and you will be able to find much useful information about kite flying.
Before departing let me remind you about FLiBB 2000 at Bad Bevensen, Germany, July 31 - August 6, 2000. This should prove to be a wonderful event for those who get to attend. Make your plans early because the attendance is limited to 25. Look under Articles to find more information about this event.
