I will have some extra time during the next few months. This should allow me to finish the experimenting needed to complete the "How To KAP For Under $20" article. Ryan Young recently sent some info about a silly putty dethermalizer that looks very promising for use as a time delay for the shutter release. Everyone seems to be cost conscious lately. Gary Vigue, who had never been to the KAPER site, emailed me because of a post on Cris Benton's discussion page. From some previous postings he surmised that I had an interest in "Cheap KAP". (Maybe we should give this an acronym, CHAP. Then again maybe not) |
Check out Gary's article "Under $10 KAP Solution". Gary uses an inexpensive child's kite, a disposable camera, and a ice shutter timer.
